Success is measured by the self-satisfaction that comes from the realization of a goal that I’ve set to accomplish. To me, success is an encouragement for me to go even further.
“Success is when clients come back to us repeatedly for our service. I measure our success by the happy clients who return to use our service again and again, and who also refer other clients to us. The best testimony is usually from your existing clients.”
I think success is challenging to succinctly define. For me personally, it largely revolves around purpose, setting goals, personal growth and making a difference. I have learnt though that meeting life's challenges oftentimes means embracing flexibility.
Success means finding a balance between your work, family life and community obligations. When you enjoy your work and create a community of colleagues, it’s easier to achieve.
I don’t measure success as it’s uncountable. The true meaning of success should be less about attaining wealth, propensity and fame, and more about achieving and accomplishing an aim, a goal or an objective whilst at the same time enjoying the process.
Never turn down any opportunity to learn something new. Keep an open mind and keep learning. Learn from your successes and also from your mistakes.

My number one rule of thumb is to deploy an environment of P.E.A.C.E…. Passion, Empowerment, Authenticity, Celebration, and Engagement.
“It is important to work in an environment that is open to innovation and evolution. Where there is change, there is opportunity for advancement. Don’t shy away from difficult experiences as they can be the best teachers.”
Success is more than winning—it’s teamwork. To achieve your outcome, you need to work well with your team. When you value each person’s contribution, it’s amazing what can be achieved. And always remember to celebrate success, no matter how big or small!
Success is more than achieving tangible goals, it’s about helping other people. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping my colleagues to continuously grow and learn.
Make work enjoyable and you’ll work hard. But it’s also important to develop interests outside the office.
Empower people through trust and celebrate individual success as a team. I’m always open to new ideas and encourage colleagues to take calculated risks that can help them to grow their careers—and our company.
Success is stepping out of your comfort zone, learning new things and making use of that new knowledge to make yourself a better person to your family, company and society.
